$150 estimated annual cost savings
Context
Amazon has provided fast delivery services its customers have grown accustomed to. This has led to multiple individual orders throughout the week which resulted in multiple deliveries with multiple boxes creating waste.
Strategic Value
Customers benefit from a convenient and predictable delivery schedule. This initiative aligned with Amazon’s commitment to sustainability and efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to eco-friendly practices. Ultimately, we aimed to streamline operations and create a greener future for delivery services.

Design Concepts
Throughout the design iterations we studied multiple locations of where to place the leaf icon while paying attention to research interviews and what emotions it would elicit. It was key to display the icon at various stages of the experience from search, detail, cart and through check out to push the sustainability initiative forward.
